  Gilson MA-67 and MA-68 Heavy-Duty Portable Mixers

  The Gilson MA-67 and MA-68 Heavy-Duty Portable Mixers are ideal for sample or small batch mixing of concrete, asphalt, and cement. Enameled-steel mixers hold a Utility Bucket as it rotates at 60rpm, using a paddle to thoroughly scrape the sides and bottom, ensuring thorough mixing. Mixing Buckets are rugged steel with handles and are epoxy coated for rust resistance. Mixing paddles are ordered separately.

  Test Mark AA-0300 asphalt mixer is ideal for sample or batch mixing in either laboratory or field. Bucket is rotated at 60 rpm, while a stationary paddle scrapes inside and bottom of bucket to insure thorough mixing. Unit includes a removable 5 gallon utility bucket and standard mixing paddle. A deluxe mixing paddle with extra fins is available for heavy loads. 1/2 hp motor, on/off switch, fuse protection, 8 ft. cord with plug.

  Asphalt Bench Mixer

  This mixer can be used for mixing asphalt mixes in the lab. The H-3839 operates on the principle of planetary action where the beater reaches every part of a batch, rotating on its axis in opposite directions as it moves around the bowl. This mixer thoroughly blends, mixes and aerates all ingredients for a consistent, predictable finished batch. Selective agitator transmission has 3 speed settings: 139, 285 and 591 RPM. Direct gear drive and a heavy-duty motor ensure constant mixing speeds under load. A locking hand-lever provides precise raising and lowering of the mixing bowl. The mixer includes a stainless steel bowl, wire whip, dough hook and an aluminum flat beater. It is suggested that a stainless steel beater or a extreme-duty whisk be purchased for asphalt mixing applications as the standard mixer parts do not wear well in asphalt applications.
